"Just Got Paid" Singer Passes

I would like to send my condolences to the families,friends and fans to the late Johnny Kemp! He suddenly passed the way at the age of 55 with the death determination unconfirmed. What we do know that Kemp was best known for the infamous "Love & Basketball" song "Just Got Paid".

Johnny Kemp is orginially from The Bahamas and started singer when he was a teenager but relocated to New York to help push his musical career. Some of the fans favorite songs are “Just Another Lover,” and “Dancin’ with Myself” off his "Secrets of Flying" album.

Kemp was supposed to be performing with Teddy Riley on the Tom Joyner Cruise butdid not appear to be on board. I know this would've been a show to bring back old school memories!
