Kendrick Lamar Makes The Grammy's Listen

What more can I say about the Grammy's except I didn't watch it... Until I heard about Kendrick Lamar and his ground breaking performance, which made White America mad and Black America proud!

February is supposed to be dedicated to Black History Month but with the Grammy's, SuperBowl and other events, we take the spotlight away from African-American hertiage... Well Kendrick Lamar made everyone listen with his performance "Alright" and "The Blacker The Berry".

His enterance was a classic statement of how America perceives and pursues our community! He walked out in chains while otheres were locked away in jail cells. With bonefires in the back, he demanded to be heard! The room was silent while social media went crazy! This was a special time in history for the Black community as well as the Grammy's! This was a perfomance to never forget! This will forever be written in the history books of entertainment. He eneded with the word "COMPTON" over the image of the great continent of Africa!

Kendrick picked 4 awards before the Grammy's began and won Best Rap Album for "To Pimp a Butterfly" at the beginning of the show!

What I will say, our culture is definitely taking a stand! Salute
