Sandra Bland: The Untold Story

July 10th, 2015 was a day that would never be forgotten for America and the family of Sandra Bland. A day that a Texas State Trooper, Officer Encinia pulled 28 year old activist, Sandra Bland for "failing to signal" If it was supposed to only be a ticket for traffic violation, how did she end up arrested and now no longer alive? Doesn't make sense does it? I believe that Sandra Bland was targeted and framed! All signs lead to the trooper being wrong in every way! From violating her rights, being super aggressive when approaching her, telling her to put her cigarette out or else he would yank her out the car, etc. He claimed Sandra Bland kicked him and that's why she was arrested. Well where's the mark she left? And why did it get that far if true?

Let's talk about the facts:

1. She was only supposed to receive a ticket or warning then released and sent on her way.

2. The police made multiple statements that showed aggression.

3. He tackled Sandra Bland to the ground like she was a football player.

4. Once arrested, multiple statements were made to show that he clearly didn't care about her rights.

5. The picture of her in the orange jump suit was AFTER she was deceased.

6. The lady in the released video was shorter and wider than Sandra AND had her hair in a afro. When Sandra was arrested, she had her hair in twist, was 6'0 and slim. Hmmmmmm

7. They stated she hung herself... How does a 6'0 tall woman do that with something 5'0 tall?

8. Why was a huge garbage can in her room??

9. On camera, a guard is caught throwing something in the garbage! Isn't that tampering with evidence? And what exactly was that he threw away?

10. The picture released definitely was after she passed away. Sandra's shoulders are even, her face is sliding backwards and seems to have lost all oxygen! Which means, as she was laying on the floor, someone stood over her and took the picture!

I honestly could go on and on because this is wrong in every way.

Well recently, a group called "Anonymous" made a video which went viral stating they wanted answers and if the state didn't comply within the given timeframe, personal date from the sheriff's office would be released and was released. Those records included personal addresses, salary information, telephone numbers, and the deputies involved in the MURDER of Sandra Bland. A call of action has been placed for August 8th. "Anonymous" stated The Waller County Sheriff Department better hold someone accountable or there will more exposure of the department.

As for the family, her mother clearly stated that once she had the funeral honoring her daughter, she would take action! An attorney that agreed to represent the case will be filing a lawsuit in the federal courthouse in Downtown Houston on Sandra Bland's behalf. This suit will be targeted for Trooper Brian Encinia and others responsible for the death. Meanwhile, Encinia is put on desk duty and most likely will get away with all his wrong doings even though he violated the policy of the department and oath of the country...
